The Managing Member of South Shore Partners, Bob has overseen the construction, delivery and management of over 900 apartment units in the Greater Seattle Area. Bob has 35+ years of construction experience, and was awarded the BuiltGreen Builder of the Year Award in 2014 for the construction of high-efficiency apartment buildings in Seattle, WA.
Alexander McCullough
Development Manager
Alexander joined South Shore Partners in June 2019 as a Development Associate. Prior to working at SSP, Alexander worked as an analyst for a San Francisco-based real estate investment firm and spent 2+ years at a start-up focused on machine learning applications for the construction and development industries. Alexander grew up in Seattle and graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in Economics.
Rebecca McCullough
Research Analyst
Rebecca joined South Shore Partners in June 2021 as an intern, and after graduating joined the team as a market research analyst. Rebecca grew up in Seattle and graduated with a degree in Psychology from Lewis and Clark College, where she was captain of the women’s soccer team.
